Presence of God | Artistic Empowerment | Authentic Expression | Community | Open Level

Over the course of 10-12 sessions, dancers are invited to dive into embodied research around inner states such as presence, vulnerability, trust, resilience, and love — and how these inner qualities can be expressed outwardly through movement, space, and relationship.

The project combines:

• contemporary dance technique

• improvisation and guided movement research

• choreographic composition

• group and partner work

Participants will collaboratively develop a short performance piece, with a focus on authentic expression rather than perfection. The process values curiosity, depth, and personal growth just as much as the final outcome.

The project is open level and welcomes dancers with different backgrounds who are interested in movement as a tool for self-expression, connection, and creative exploration. The project ends with an intimate studio performance – friends are welcome!

This project is for anyone who wants to move, create, and grow — from the inside out.
